Short-Term Let Controls; Areas For and Against

I've copied this over from a toot and converted it into a blog as Highland Council keep adding to it.

It's interesting to see these tourist tax reports, and who wants them, coming in from Highland Council

2% comes up a lot in the against pile. Whilst there's an average of 5% over Highland at large. Which means that the areas outwith the “againsts” must be facing significantly larger STL property numbers.

For: * Lochaber * Wester Ross, Strathpeffer and Lochalsh * Skye and Raasay * Sutherland

Against: * Nairnshire * Black Isle and Easter Ross * Caithness * Dingwall and Seaforth
